Manage Budget Document In
comprises operations that create, read or cancel budget documents.
There are three inbound service operations for creating a Budget Document. With the
Create Budget Document
operation only Funds Management budget documents can be created. The
Create Budget Document_V1
service operation is able to create Funds Management and Cost Controlling budget documents. The
Create Budget Document_V2
inbound service operation is able to create Funds Management and Cost Controlling budget documents. Furthermore it supports the elements FiscalTreasuryAgencyCode and FiscalTreasuryBudgetAccountCode of the FiscalTreasuryCodingBlock and the annual periods.
The two inbound service operations for reading a Budget Document differ in the output respectively in the reply. The
Read Budget Document
inbound operation shows the elements and details, but not the complete FiscalTreasuryCodingBlock (not the FiscalTreasuryAgencyCode and FiscalTreasuryBudgetAccountCode elements). The
Read Budget Document_V1
inbound operation shows all elements and details, including the complete FiscalTreasuryCodingBlock.
