Business Context and Use

The Create Loading Report  inbound asynchronous operation creates a loading report (ticket) as a follow up of a bulk commodity nomination when triggered. The item level fields, events, sub items and meter readings are maintained.

Features

The LoadingReportERPCreateRequest_In is an asynchronous operation; hence it is triggered through a workflow or an event for example, saving a nomination, or input through an IDoc depending on the business case. Three ticket types are supported:

• Carrier ticket ( ticket type C)
• Physical Measurement ticket –Quantity reading (ticket type PM1 )
• Physical Measurement ticket –Meter reading (ticket type PM2 )

Prerequisites

The status of the item of the bulk commodity nomination must be set to "Scheduled + Confirmed" before the ticket is created.
