Business Context and Use

An employee uses the  Read Long Term Incentive Plan inbound operation to monitor their assignment to long-term incentive plans. This inbound operation reads the employee compensation agreement, and derives from it the employee’s assignment(s) to corresponding long-term incentive plans.

Features

The Read Long Term Incentive Plan inbound operation provides an employee with the data they need to monitor their assignment to long-term incentive plans, for example, the value and the expiration date. The operation reads the employee's compensation agreement and derives their corresponding long-term incentive plans from it.

This inbound operation can determine the information for one or more work agreement identifiers that are linked to an employee identifier on a key date.
If information for both the employee identifier and the work agreement identifier are filled, the work agreement identifier must belong to the employee identifier.

To find the long-term incentive plan data, the following data is needed:

If both the employee and the work agreement are filled, then the work agreement must belong to the employee.

Note

If the Concurrent Employment component is not implemented, EmployeeID and WorkAgreementID are identical.

The key date defines the date for which the long-term incentive plans are to be read. If the key date is not specified, the system sets the default value to the current date.
