The inbound operation returns a list of budget availability control register items which satisfy the given selection criteria. Depending on the BudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode, either Funds Management (FM) budget availability control register items or Cost Controlling (CO) budget availability control register items are returned. Only Internal Order budget availability control register items containing annual values are currently supported in Controlling.

Prerequisites

Budget availability control register data exists in Funds Management or Cost Controlling.

If a cover pool is active, the result of this inbound operation will only set the indicator CoverEligibilityActiveIndicator to true. No further details about the budget or budget register will be shown, that means the amounts will display the value zero. No control object will be returned. That means, the ControlAccountingCodingBlockAssignment will be empty and only the ConsumingAccountingCodingBlockAssignment will be filled with the input values.

The BudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode is needed as input for the selection criterion SelectionByBudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode. Depending on the BudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode, either a Cost Controlling (CO) or a Funds Management (FM) budget document is queried:

• BudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode value 1 is valid for FM budget availability control register items.
• BudgetAvailabilityControlRegisterCode value 3 is valid for CO budget availability control register items.

It is not possible to mix Funds Management and Cost Controlling Budget Availability Control Register in one query.
